When You Submit the Agency Request Form We Collect the Vessel Name and IMO Number, the Port of Call, Your Name and Email Address, and Optionally Your Company and Telephone Number, Together With Whatever You Write in the Message Field.
Our Web Server Also Records Standard Technical Information for Every Request: IP Address, Browser User Agent, the Page Requested and the Time of the Request. This Is Ordinary Server Logging and Is Used to Keep the Site Running and Secure.
Form Submissions Are Used Solely to Respond to Your Enquiry, to Prepare a Proforma Disbursement Account, and to Carry Out the Agency Instruction If You Appoint Us. Server Logs Are Used for Security, Abuse Prevention and Diagnosing Faults.
We Do Not Sell Your Information, and We Do Not Use It for Advertising.
To Perform an Agency Instruction We Necessarily Pass Relevant Vessel and Crew Details to the Parties Who Need Them: Port and Canal Authorities, Customs and Immigration, Terminal Operators, Pilots, Suppliers and Subcontractors Engaged for Your Call. We Share Only What the Task Requires.
We May Also Disclose Information Where Egyptian Law or a Competent Authority Requires It.
Enquiries That Do Not Become Instructions Are Retained for up to 24 Months. Records Connected to an Actual Port Call Are Retained for the Period Required by Egyptian Commercial and Tax Law and by Our Insurers.
The Site Sets a PHP Session Cookie When You Use the Contact Form. It Exists Only to Carry the Security Token That Protects the Form Against Cross-Site Request Forgery, and It Is Discarded When You Close Your Browser.
The Site Does Not Use Analytics, Advertising or Tracking Cookies.
You May Ask Us for a Copy of the Personal Information We Hold About You, Ask Us to Correct It, or Ask Us to Delete It Where We Are Not Required to Keep It. Write to ops@kynoriashipping.com and We Will Respond Within 30 Days.
